Reporting to IT Manager I worked as A End User Computing Senior Associate for IT issues.

Main Responsibilities
1. Worked as a Global Desktop Support Engineer L1 for IT issues.
2. According to the level of troubleshooting we try to resolve the issue, if required will forward to level 2 team for escalations.
3. Have In-depth knowledge in IT, System, Network maintenance.

I worked as E support officer, where I used to get issues from customers regarding Internet connectivity issues and cable and phone issues, I worked for Spectrum ISP (previously Time Warner Cable ) which is the second largest ISP in the United States.
